Inside Sales Representative (Millwork)

Woodgrain, Inc. is headquartered in Fruitland, Idaho with six divisions and over 45 manufacturing and warehouse facilities throughout the United States and South America.
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative that will specialize in Doors and Millwork.
What we bring to you:
- Compensation structure: $43,680-$54,080 base (dependent on experience) with monthly commission

- Onsite position: Monday-Friday: 8:00AM-5:00PM
What our Inside Sales Representative does:
- Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
- Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
- Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
- Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.
- Prepares reports of business transactions
What you need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree in business related field or equivalent, preferred.
- 1 to 2 years related industry experience and/or training.
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone preferred.
- Proficient in MS Office preferred.
