We are looking for a Loading Supervisor

Work 4pm until finish M-F with Saturday work as needed.
$24/hr plus $1.00 shift differential, quarterly bonuses depending on profitability

What our Loading Supervisor does:

Works 4pm until finish M-F with Saturday work as needed.
Partnering with Operations Manager to ensure all deadlines and priority cut-off times are met. Supervise up to 5 employees.
Operates a forklift and reach truck in a safe and efficient manner according to company guidelines.
Teach and train current and new warehouse personnel.
Opening and closing of trailer curtains; throwing load straps to secure loads over units on trailer.
Cleans trailer prior to loading, removing any debris, returned material, or orders to be reshipped, and place the material in designated area.
Assists with physical inventories as required
Other duties as assigned by Managers.

What you need to have:

3-5 years of related experience in warehouse and personnel management or High School Diploma or GED and 5+ years of related experience.
Ability to work safely and instruct others about safe work practices.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Maintain positive working relationships with team members and management.
Problem solving skills and high-level attention to detail.
Must be able to operate a forklift and reach truck to move, load, unload, stack, and count material.
Previous SAP experience is required.
