We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative

· Compensation- $22.00-$23.00 HR + commission

What our Inside Sales Representative does:

  • Works with customers to convert inbound inquiries into actual sales.
  • Overcomes technical and business objections for prospective customers.
  • Emphasizes salable features, quotes prices, and prepares sales orders for orders obtained.
  • Estimates date of delivery to customer based on product knowledge, order processing, and production and delivery schedules.
  • Prepares reports of business transactions.
  • Enters new customer data and other sales data for current customers into computer database.
  • Investigates and resolves customer problems.
  • Builds and maintains customer relationships.
  • Complies with required company policy and procedure.
  • Communicates with buyers on product shortages or quality issues.

What you need to have:

  • 1 to 2 years related industry experience and/or training
  •  Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. 
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. 
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and the general public. 
  • Must exhibit customer service skills and the ability to develop relationships over the phone.
